MedClock is a free medicine reminder for Android. Add your medicines once, set the times you need to take them, and the app rings a reliable alarm at every dose — even when your phone is locked.

Reminders for up to three doses a day, per medicine

An adherence report you can export as a PDF and share with family or a nurse
Offline-first — everything works without an account; sign in only if you want backup and sync
